Fee Structure
Below is the fee structure for uninsured and privately insured patients. For privately insured patients, any excess payable will depend on your private health insurance policy and the arrangements agreed to between you and your health fund.

A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking for same day procedures (excluding BUPA members).

We will submit the claim for you, all you do is pay the hospital any excess or co-payments as agreed between yourself and
your health fund.
This is what you have agreed to on your health fund policy and is independent of Perth Vasectomy Clinic and Mount Hawthorn Day Hospital.
Our reception team can process this claim for you directly. If you prefer to make the claim yourself we will provide you with a receipt. The rebate for a Telehealth consultation may be lower than the rebate for a standard consultation.
